SwitchBot and Nanoleaf have announced joint support for Apple HomeView, Apple's shared home display. Once compatible devices are added to Apple Home, curtains, blinds, locks, sensors, plugs and Nanoleaf lights can be controlled from HomeView's touchscreen or with Siri. Scenes saved in Apple Home that combine both brands can also run from HomeView.

Devices with native Matter over Wi-Fi, along with selected HomeKit devices, pair directly. That includes the Lock Vision and Lock Vision Pro. Other SwitchBot accessories still need a SwitchBot Matter hub, such as the Hub 3, Hub 2, Hub Mini Matter Enabled or AI Hub. The companies say HomeView doesn't replace that hub. They have also published an official setup guide, organized room by room.
