UniFi Network 11 adds Matter device monitoring and Thread view

Ubiquiti announced UniFi Network 11 on October 12, 2026. Among other networking changes, the update makes UniFi "Matter aware". It works alongside your existing Matter controller: you enter a device's Matter pairing code to bring it into UniFi, which then shows its status, battery level, firmware and signal strength, and how it connects to the Matter network.

UniFi Topology can now show IP and Thread devices together in one view, with custom alerts for important devices on either network and tools for troubleshooting connectivity. Ubiquiti presents this as monitoring and visibility. The announcement doesn't describe controlling Matter devices from UniFi.
